Scroll the wheel over the image, drag up/down, use the slider, or press the arrow keys to step through slices. The slice counter under the image tells you where you are.
Use Axial, Coronal, and Sagittal to change the main view. On the left, two reference thumbnails plus a 3D render show the other planes; the green line marks the level you're currently viewing. Click a reference thumbnail to jump into that plane.
The colored chips under the slider are anatomy categories (maxilla, mandible, sinus, and so on) — click one to hide or show that group, or use Hide all / Show all to clear or reveal every label at once. Some labels are single points; others trace a structure and follow it as you scroll.
Tip: start on the axial view and scroll top to bottom to orient yourself, then compare against the coronal and sagittal references.

The side panel lists cases grouped by category (radiolucencies, radiopacities, sinus, and so on). Click one to load it. Each case opens blank — no labels or markers.
Scroll and switch planes (axial, coronal, sagittal) and look for anything abnormal, just as you would on a real scan. Nothing is marked until you reveal it.
Click Pathology Quiz to open the findings list. Reveal them one at a time — each row tells you whether it's a primary or incidental finding — or reveal them all at once. Revealing a finding marks it on the scan (primary in red, incidental in yellow), lights up its slices on the slider, and jumps you to it in every plane. Click a revealed finding to return to it anytime.
Tip: try to find every finding before revealing — real reads reward a systematic search, not just spotting the obvious one.
